Hope for Mental Health continues during the COVID-19 pandemic...

During this season of social distancing and the stay-at-home mandate from Governor Inslee, finding ways to connect with others for support, encouragement, prayer, and community is especially important. LCC's Hope for Mental Health is working to keep us connected. If you are currently part of our Wednesday evening Living Grace group, you can join us on Wednesday evening at 6:30pm via Zoom to connect with our group and discuss the workbook. LIVING GRACE

Living Grace is a Christ-centered 16-week small group experience for adults 18+ who are personally living with mental health challenges. This study uses biblical and neuroscience insights, along with practical tools, to help reduce stress, depression and anxiety.

Find empowerment through a sense of community with others in the group as you seek to improve your overall well-being and gain renewed faith. If you have been looking and praying for some help, this unique group could be just what you need.

Living Grace is led by Nancy Sample-Ehlig.

Wednesdays from 6:30pm-8:00pm in Room 4
