Our women's Zumba sessions are safe and fun classes for any fitness level. So invite a friend and come work out with us! Classes are open to all women in our community, ages 12 and older. No need to sign up - join us anytime.

Pilates
Join us for a beginning Pilates class. The first 10-15 minutes will start out in a chair and then move to the floor. Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility, muscular strength, and endurance movements.
