Meet me at the gym!

We have lots of fun activities going on year-round in the LCC gym. Not a professional athlete? No worries! All abilities and skill levels are welcome.

Activities listed here are always free and open to everyone. No registration or sign-up is required.

  • **No volleyball on July 6.

    Ready to spike, set, and serve your way to a fun-filled evening in a friendly competitive environment. Get active, show off your skills, and connect with others.

    It's always free, so grab your friends and head to Lighthouse for an exciting night of volleyball! Bring your positive attitude and wear shoes with non-marking soles.

  • Pickleball for Everyone
    Come experience the thrill of pickleball at Lighthouse! Players of all ages and skill levels are welcome. We have two open courts as well as a challenge court for those looking to test their skills. Pickleball at LCC is always free and open to everyone in the community.

    Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 11:00am-2:30pm

    Skills & Drills for Newbies
    We encourage those who are new to pickleball to join us for Skills & Drills on Sunday afternoons. These sessions are a great opportunity to learn the basics and improve your technique.

    Sundays at 1:00pm-3:00pm

  • We are thrilled to offer the most electrifying and inclusive Zumba class in town! This class is open to EVERYONE - men, women, older kids, teens, all ages, and abilities.

    Our Zumba for Everybody (men and women) sessions, led by licensed instructors, are safe and fun classes for any fitness level. Classes are open to everyone in our community, ages 12 and older. Wear comfortable fitness clothing and tennis shoes with limited traction. Bring a towel and some water.

    Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday at 9:30am-10:30am

  • Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility, muscular strength, and endurance movements. Please bring your own mat and a pair of light hand weights (3lbs or lighter). Space is limited. Contact Michelle Tangen to sign up.

    We encourage participants to talk, chat, and yes, even laugh, as we foster a positive and supportive atmosphere. Much of the work is on the mat. If you can get down to the floor and eventually get up (we can help you), you will have no problem with most of the exercises.
