Going Deeper...
1) Pastor Brandon mentioned in his sermon that Paul's prayer for the Ephesians, and us by extension, was so important that it was recorded as scripture. The prayer to know God more is more important than a prayer of deliverance from jail, or blessing, or anything else Paul could have written. With this in mind, how can we form our prayer life better to align with God's heart and will?
2) Paul talks about the eyes of our hearts being opened. Do you think once opened, they can be closed again? If so, what might cause that to happen?
3) Pastor Brandon talked about the things that encourage us and inspire us in this world. He also pointed out that a God who created a path to forgiveness is greater than any of these things. How can we be reminded of God's power and glory in our lives? Are miracles required to keep our attention?
